We pull from public data signals — population growth, permit trends, competitor density, Google Trends demand, and more — to surface opportunities that most investors overlook, especially in secondary and tertiary markets.
Why we built this
Too many real estate investors waste weeks chasing deals in markets that don't pencil. The data to screen those markets already exists — it's just scattered across a dozen sources and takes hours to piece together. OppMap condenses that into a single search.
